Ruby lams receptionist was a bit too abrupt.Accountant, Peter, lodged my tax without finding the time to call me to discuss questions asked, despite asking thrice for a return phone call.Whilst it’s understandable that tax time period of the year can be busy, failing to make a simple call to your client who had personal, and business related expenses seems neglectful, particularly for the premium price of $700-$800.Not sure how I feel about going back there again… I hope Ruby can encourage her team to make time to call her clients, it adds trust and a personal professional touch…Not too impressed customer.

Should’ve done it myself. Paid $370 for 45 minutes of work, plus maybe another 10 minutes later to lodge the file. They didn’t even claim the maximum laundry expense allowed without receipts. I’ll be saving myself $370 next year and doing my tax myself. Went to this company due to the high reviews, hence adding my own so other people don’t get sucked into the hype.

I received around a 35% larger refund with Ruby than i did with H&R Block. No wonder Ruby has 84 5-Star reviews her service was fast, informative and extremely professional. Her prices are generally quite on par with all taxation places however my return was a little better than expected as she asked the right questions. I received my tax refund in 9 business days which also was my fasted yet.
